Registration Form (Session 2024-25)
Important Instructions
• This form works best with Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers.
• As this form will be using internet, in case of slow internet, the process will be slow. Don’t refresh the page or open it in new tab while filling up the form.
• In order to download the registration form for admission, kindly ensure to fill the mandatory columns marked with *(asterisk).
• Fill basic details in Registration Form then you will receive Username and Password on your registered SMS Number.
• Log In with Username and Password (Both are case-sensitive).
• A fee of Rs.25/- will be charged at the time of Registration (Non –Refundable).
• In case you are unable to make online payment, download the form and pay the fee while submission of form at school reception.
• Duly filled hardcopy of the registration form along with requisite documents must be submitted at the school reception from 23.11.2023 to 15.12.2023 between 08.30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on all working days.
• Only one copy of the form per child is acceptable (No Duplication), once submitted no change of information in the form will be entertained.
• Incomplete or incorrect forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
• Registration doesn’t give right to admission.
पंजीकरण फॉर्म (सत्र- 2024-25 )
महत्वपूर्ण सूचना
• प्रस्तुत फॉर्म Firefox और Google Chrome पर खुलेगा .
• यह फॉर्म Internet की मदद से भरा जाएगा यदि Internet धीमी गति से चल रहा है तो पुनः फॉर्म न खोला जाए .
• प्रवेश पंजीकरण फॉर्म डाउनलोड करने के लिए, माता-पिता (अभिवावक) को अनिवार्य कॉलम भरना होगा |(*अवश्य भरें).
• पंजीकरण फॉर्म में आवश्यक सूचना भरें जाने के पश्चात Username और Password नामांकित नंबर पर SMS से प्राप्त होगा .
• Username और Password के माध्यम से login करें.
• पंजीकरण फॉर्म के समय 25 रुपये का शुल्क देय होगा (वापिस नहीं होगा).
• यदि आप ऑनलाइन भुगतान नहीं कर पाते हैं, तो आप फॉर्म डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं | डाउनलोड किया हुआ फॉर्म, फॉर्म शुल्क के साथ रिसेप्शन पर लिया जाएगा .
• आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ पंजीकरण फॉर्म की विधिवत भरी हुई हार्ड कॉपी, सभी कार्य दिवसों में 23.11.2023 से 15.12.2023 के बीच 08:30 A.M. से
12:30 P.M. बजे के बीच प्रस्तुत की जानी चाहिए .
• हर बच्चे के फॉर्म की केवल एक ही प्रति स्वीकार्य है | (कोई दोहराव नहीं).
• एक बार जमा करने के बाद फॉर्म में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं किया जा सकेगा .
• अधूरे या गलत फॉर्म किसी भी सूचना के बिना अस्वीकार कर दिए जाएँगे.
• पंजीकरण के आधार पर प्रवेश मान्य नहीं है .
